Refund Policy

We are sure you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you would like to return an item, we will happily provide you with a store credit or exchange. 

Please be aware that we offer exchange or store credit only. Sorry no refunds unless deemed faulty.

Additionally, all SALE items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit unless they are deemed faulty.

Please keep in mind, for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met.

  • The item is in unworn, in brand-new condition with original packaging 
  • The item has no marks or stains (including makeup, spray tan etc)
  • The item is returned to us within 14 days of delivery date
  • The item was a full priced item

A Your Beauty Bar store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a credit on your account with a 12 month expiry which you may use on products or services in-store.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • There may be delays during busy periods, as soon as we receive your return our team will contact you via email, phone or social media
  • Sale items are not eligible for return
  • All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team (detailed below)

FAULTY ITEMS:

We carefully pack and ship all orders, however in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided the following is met.

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof via email to yourbeautybar6174@yahoo.com
  • Your claim has been reviewed and approved by our team

Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff a notification will be sent to you (it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account).

AFTERPAY RETURNS:

If you have purchased using After Pay, the returns process is the same as above. Please be aware, your After Pay agreement will still stand and any scheduled repayments will continue.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact yourbeautybar6174@yahoo.com ASAP. If the order is caught in time and is not a sale item we can assist with store credit.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on cancellations.
