Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all makeup services provided by Kylie Osborne trading as Your Beauty Bar (ABN: 36 493 842 088). By booking a makeup service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking Appointments

Bookings can be made online, via email, Instagram or Facebook message, subject to availability. Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

Wedding Bookings

All wedding bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking date.

Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the wedding date will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.

Makeup Appointments & Makeup Lessons

All makeup appointments, bridal trials and 1:1 makeup lessons require a $50 deposit to secure the booking.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

If no deposit has been paid at the time of booking, a cancellation fee may still apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

Payment

Remaining balances are to be finalised prior to or on the day of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Payment methods accepted include:

  • Direct Deposit

  • EFTPOS

  • Cash

If paying via bank transfer, proof of payment may be requested.

Travel

Mobile makeup services will incur a travel fee depending on the location. A travel quote can be provided upon enquiry.

Parking

Where paid parking applies, including hotels, metered parking or event venues, parking costs are to be covered by the client.

Allergies & Personal Information

Clients are responsible for advising of any allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions prior to their appointment.

While every care is taken in the use of professional products and hygiene practices, Your Beauty Bar accepts no liability for allergic reactions, sensitivities or adverse skin conditions.

Photography & Social Media

Your Beauty Bar may request permission to photograph makeup applications for portfolio, website and social media purposes. No images or videos will be shared publicly without your verbal or written consent.

Studio Location

Your Beauty Bar operates from a private home-based studio located in Secret Harbour, Western Australia. The exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation.
